It's been a long long time

As you can see it's been over a year since I have blogged anything. Someone asked about a place to blog the other day and I realized I havent been here in forever. Well I am back and I will try to blog a few times a week. I will be getting new pictures up soon when I have time.So I guess I have a years worth of updates so I better get started huh.

First off we have a new addition to our family. Levi Ryan was born Jan 29, 2010. He weighed 6lbs even and was 19in long. He was born at 36 weeks and had trouble breathing on his own. His lungs weren't mature enough and he also had an infection on them. He was sent to the nicu where he spent 7 very long days. He's 9 weeks old now and doing great.

Ansleigh has been doing good. She was inducted into National Junior Honor Society at school. She's doing excellent in school. She is 11 now and I guess it's the age but her attitude and mouthyness lately has been horrible. I told her her mouth is gonna get her in serious trouble someday and she just says oh well.

Taylor is 9 now and doing better with her behavior. She did cheerleading last year and ball is just starting and she's also doing that. Shes not doing so great in school. Her grades arent failing, but I dont like them. I have a hard time getting her to do her homework so I know thats a part of her grades. She is still going monthly to the dr and thats also going well.

Lexi is also doing wonderful. She her perky little happy self. Always has a smile on her face and always dancing around singing. Her talkative mouth gets her in trouble at school and her getting in trouble at school multiples times a day every day is why I had to pull her out of dancing for the year. She loves her dance and was heart broken when I did it. Has it worked you ask? Does she still get in trouble for talking at school? Of course she does you could probably take out her voice box and she would still find a way to to talk lol.

On to Nathan. Lots about Nathan. We almost lost him last year. He had drowned and thankfully my friends brother was around to revive him. He spent 2 days in the hospital and is doing great. We celebrated his 4th birthday 17 days later. I still have nightmares about it. Hes is playing t-ball this year for the first time and is loving it.

Jake is doing good. We are finally weaning him off the phenobarb. Hes growing so fast. He just loves his new brother. he is always hugging and kissing him over and over and over again. Jake is behind developmentally. He doesnt talk at all. He's been in speech since May last year and so far has done nothing. He does speech 4 times a week for an hour each time. I am hoping he will soon have some words. He does know a little bity of sign but only about 5 signs.

So that is all for now. Lots of updates and I will be back and try to keep this going this time.
